Toledo Clinic's Family Practice office, located in Holland Ohio, has a full-time Phone Triage position available in their very busy office. This position's primary responsibility is answering incoming patient phones calls. Ideal candidates will have obtained their Medical Assisting Diploma and Credential (RMA/CMA/CCMA or ABR-OE) but not required. The hours are Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm).
