Nursery/Greenhouse Manager manages the daily operations of a greenhouse and/or nursery. Plans, schedules, and directs the performance of assigned staff. Being a Nursery/Greenhouse Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in horticulture. Generally manages a group of tradesman. You meet these requirements:
- Proven ability to drive positive results
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to run great shifts
- Demonstrated understanding of the business
- ServSafe certification (or ability to pass)
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
