Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is excited to announce they're currently hiring Nursing Unit Assistants to help provide support to their residents. This is a great paid training opportunity for anyone who would like to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and embark on a long term career in nursing. High school grads or GED and those looking to make a change into the fast growing long term care industry are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous experience is not necessary.

The primary purpose of this position is to train in the facility under its nurse aid training program to become a certified nursing assistant in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations within 60 days of hire. In this position, you will be delegated the appropriate responsibility necessary to carry out the position. Education:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must attend all mandated in-service

• Must be enrolled in a NYS approved Certified Nurse Aide training program within 60 days of hiring date.
