Newark Manor, a 60 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for Night Shift. This role includes Resident Centered and Managerial/Administrative responsibilities. This is primarily a Monday- Friday position with the requirement of one weekend per month

Only a short drive to a scenic location - work close to home in Wayne County, or only a short 30 min drive from Rochester, NY!

Resident centered responsibilities include medication and treatment administration on one unit, EMR documentation and communication with medical staff.

Managerial/Administrative responsibilities include assigning evening staff for the facility, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, participation in resident care planning, interviewing and hiring of staff, completion of staff evaluations, participating in staff education, participation in the Quality Assurance Committee, Safety Committee and QAPI (quality assurance performance improvement programs)

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and there is a SIGN-ON BONUS!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
