Nursing Assistant assists nursing team with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of patients. Assists patients in dressing, undressing, bathing, eating, walking, and other activities. Being a Nursing Assistant ensures patients' well-being and comfort. Changes bed linens and assists with patient transportation to tests and procedures. Additionally, Nursing Assistant may serve and collect food trays and provide patients with between-meal nourishment. May record temperature or vital signs under the direction of a nurse. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. The Nursing Assistant works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. You will be working directly with an Executive Producer and a busy working mom. Help her get organized and stay organized and balance the demands of work and family. Looking for 5-8 hours a week commitment with flexible hours (weekend support preferred). This is a great for someone who needs extra hours for a part-time job, or a high school or college student who wants to start a career in tech or business and learn what it's like have a fast-paced, high-impact career and family.
Responsibilities:
* Organizing mail and calendars
* Organizing digital communications and inbox
* Scheduling and managing appointments
* Managing package delivery
* Organizing and managing special projects (kids birthday parties to work dinners)
* Procurement (shopping for items, and pick up)
* Managing and organizing home and office supplies
* setting up and maintaining systems to keep our home/offices running efficiently
