Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home administers the nursing program in a nursing home in the absence of the Nursing Director. Oversees operations in order to maintain standards of patient care. Being a Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home advises management, patient care staff and administrators in matters related to nursing service. Assists in the establishment and implementation of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance. Additionally, Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home interprets policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups. Typically requires an advanced degree of nursing.
