Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home administers the nursing program in a nursing home in the absence of the Nursing Director. Oversees operations in order to maintain standards of patient care. Being a Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home advises management, patient care staff and administrators in matters related to nursing service. Assists in the establishment and implementation of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance. Additionally, Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home interprets policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups. Typically requires an advanced degree of nursing. Typically reports to the Nursing Director. Requires RN license. The Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. LVN Private Duty Nursing
We are seeking dependable, dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to a patient.Responsibilities:
- Under direction of RN, administer skilled nursing care for patient on G-Tube and vent.
- Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.
- Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members and other third party payer.
- Promote agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Graduated an accredited school of vocational nursing.
- Have a Texas State License as a LVN.
- Pass background check.
- Is certified in CPR and has TB shot.
- Able to lift up to 40lbs-80lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
