Nursing Director Assistant - Nursing Home administers the nursing program in a nursing home in the absence of the Nursing Director. Oversees operations in order to maintain standards of patient care. Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing. 160 bed sub-acute rehab/skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced individual to lead the nursing department. Each of the four units has a RN Nurse Manager in place.

Schedules Available: This is a Full Time, Salaried, Exempt position
Assistant Director of Nursing Duties/Responsibilities:
Establishes objectives for the nursing department, identifies resources, determines required tasks, prioritizes actions, implements plans, and monitors feedback.
Analyzes quality metrics and quality measures and develops and implements plans to improve services.
Ensures all State and Federal legal requirements for care and professional standards are met.
Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements/Qualifications:
Current unencumbered Registered Nursing license required.
Long-term care experience required.
BSN preferred.
Must have a working knowledge of the Rules and Regulations governing long term care including, Bundled Payments, VBP, 5-Star Quality Ratings, the SOM, MDS, QMs, Casper reports, Interact, QIS, etc.
Must have 3-5 years’ experience leading a team.
