Nursing Director - Nursing Home administers the nursing program in a nursing home in order to maintain standards of patient care. About Us: At The Arthur Home we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing / Resident Care Coordinator to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Provide mentorship and education to nursing staff to enhance professional development.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of nursing personnel.
- Ensure the highest standards of resident care and satisfaction.
- On Call Rotation
Qualifications:
- Valid RN (for ADON) or LPN (for RCC) license in Illinois].
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a long-term care setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
