**Overview:**
As a Nursing Home Scheduler, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive the care they need, when they need it. Your responsibilities will include scheduling nursing shifts and transportation for our residents. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us create an efficient and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
**Responsibilities:**
Your daily contributions will make a difference. You'll be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining staff schedules
- Monitoring attendance, addressing lateness and absences
- Providing reports to management on hours worked
- Posting monthly staff schedules and updating as needed
- Facilitating staff shift trades and changes
- Maintaining accurate attendance records and collaborating with HR
- Offering insights to management on staffing and related matters
**Requirements:**

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products

- Prior experience in a nursing home setting
