We are seeking motivated individuals to coordinate patient/client services for the in-home provider care program (also known as PAS or PHC services) at Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc. by providing a channel through which patients/clients or caregivers can seek solutions to problems, concerns and/or unmet needs.

We need motivated applicants who are looking for career growth and cross training opportunities. Our Brownsville branch is the perfect place to learn A-Z about the company and different roles that work with our coordinators.

Responsibilities will include:

• Data entry on client information, and attendant information.
• Ensure your clients are satisfied with our services.
• Ensure your client's attendant is clocking in and out.
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service over the phone!
• Assist in coordinating your clients care with their caseworker, or insurance company.

Job Qualifications: 

• Customer service experience required.
• Work experience in PAS/PHC Coordination or in a healthcare related field preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Hours:

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm
