Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a Driver for our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN.

You will drive the facility vehicle to transport residents to desired destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Aids escorting residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and any other transportation necessary.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license of this state
