Responsibilities Include:
1. Performs all phases of caregiver scheduling.
2. Responsible for orienting new employees, performing background checks and drug testing.
3. Assists the Operations Manager with working with clients to meet client’s needs.
4. Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures.
5. Performs initial and ongoing caregiver introductions and supervision of services.
6. Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner.
7. Handles coordination of care for client services.
8. Reports changes in client condition to agency employees involved in client’s care.
9. Participate in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the agency’s services.
