Hillcrest Home Health, a top-rated home care agency in the Triangle, is looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Job Duties Include:

· Building relationships with caregivers to create and maintain schedules, based on caregivers’ location and skillsets

· Working with fellow office team members in managing new referrals

· Managing changes in schedules and reassigning staff as needed

· Recruiting CNAs and PCAs for open positions throughout the Triangle

· Posting positions and monitoring applicants on job boards and scheduling recruiting events

· Initiating, scheduling, and attending job fairs and open houses to drive recruitment

· Creating partnerships with area CNA training schools

· Assisting in answering telephones, recording messages, and welcoming office visitors

· Participating in rotational on-call (additional pay)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
