Seeking a home care person to help us with the following:
Scheduling
Hiring and recruiting new caregivers
The majority of this role is geared towards hiring and recruiting caregivers and then scheduling them is secondary. Looking for someone who is organized and can handle a lot of things at once. The job is geared to someone VERY outgoing who likes to talk and likes to hire and recruit people.
This is not a job for a coordinator looking to walk into an office with existing clients and just schedule them, this is for a person who wants to grow and hire caregivers.
You will be expected to help with office tasks like opening cases and driving to client's houses and meeting caregivers when needed. Driving is a must.
