Job Description:

C2 Education is seeking an experienced education coordinator to join our team. The education coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the school year’s academic programs and activities. This position will work closely with the school principal and teachers to ensure that all programs are running smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the school principal and teachers to ensure that all programs are running smoothly and effectively.
• Coordinate all academic program activities, including but not limited to: field trips, camp sessions, summer camps, and other events.
• Coordinate transportation for all students and staff.
• Manage the registration process for new students, including student information, enrollment forms, and payment processing.
• Manage the student database for new students.
• Manage student financial aid applications.
• Assist with student evaluations during the academic year.
• Assist with student retention evaluations during the summer months.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred but not required. Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
