Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented indiviual to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with the admissions process into our healthcare trade school. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and inquiries from students, providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating tours
- Collecting and verifying student information, including collaborating with sponsors and healthcare facility HR departments.
- Assisting with administrative support tasks, such as maintaining student files and sending excel sheets to the state of Texas
- Collaborating with the Program Director to ensure efficient workflow and student satisfaction
- Utilizing our Customer Relations Management software and Google Classrooms to manage student data and appointments
- Demonstrating knowledge of the admissions process to effectively communicate with students and healthcare education sponsors
- Managing front desk operations, including greeting students, fingerprinting, proctoring tests, background checks, and providing necessary paperwork to support students
- Familiarity with social media and other platforms such as Loom, Canva, Jotform is needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in education, office administration, or clinical experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling high data volumes
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Must Have Attention to Detail
