Nursing Education Coordinator jobs in Jamestown, NY

Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing is currently accepting applications for an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team!

Salary: $30- $35 per hour

As the Program Coordinator you will be responsible to:

• Assess each applicant for admission to the program.
• Coordinate all services of adult day health care with nursing home.
• Schedule adequate staff to provide safe care for registrants.
• Hire, discipline, evaluate, all staff.
• Arrange inpatient and/or other services for registrants no longer able to participate in the program.
• Develop and revise all policies and procedures for program, in conjunction with nursing home.
• Assist staff RN with completion of comprehensive care plans.
• Promote teamwork, individualized care, respect and professionalism.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and general interest in work.

Job Requirements:

• RN License required
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse with community agency or in a long term care setting
• Minimum one year management/supervisory experience
• Received the COVID-19 vaccination is a must
