Additionally, Nursing Education Coordinator typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires RN license. The Nursing Education Coordinator contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Description
    Marathon County Special Education (MCSE) and the School District of Abbotsford are seeking a full-time Special Education Coordinator for the 2024-25 school year. The City of Abbotsford is a culturally diverse, small community that is an easy commute from Medford, Wausau, Marshfield, and Eau Claire. The School District features a K-5 dual language program and was recently recognized by the Wisconsin RtI Center and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction for its Multi-Level Systems and Supports. Marathon County Special Education seeks to live out our mission of ensuring every child is valued, included, and educated through high-quality services. As part of our team, Special Education Coordinators are provided access to high-quality, ongoing professional development and networking in addition to professional support. Spanish-speaking, bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Bilingual candidates are eligible for salary incentives upon hire.

    Marathon County Special Education is a consortium of six rural schools in Marathon County. For over 60 years, our agency has served our students' special education and related service needs.

    Requires a Master's Degree with an emphasis in special education. Experienced special educators with interest in obtaining additional certification are encouraged to apply.

    Starting salary is dependent on experience and credentials.
