Being a Nursing Education Coordinator evaluates the program results and competencies of nursing staff. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of nursing. Additionally, Nursing Education Coordinator typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires RN license. The Nursing Education Coordinator contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
