Job description
Part-time Client Care Coordinator needed to organize, oversee, and conduct potential clients through the intake process, to respond to phone calls and emails, and assist in administrative tasks as needed, for our arts-based therapy and mental health counseling center. Duties include booking intakes, scheduling, answering phones, responding to emails, greeting clients, etc. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, be very comfortable with answering phones, be competent on the computer, know a variety of programs like Excel and google docs, eager to learn, understand and have used project management software for tracking project progression, able to work independently, and interact well with clients and clinician on the phone, through email, and in person. This is a part-time position Mondays to Fridays 3 pm to 7 pm with the possibility of expanding.
