SmartStart Education is currently seeking highly qualified and motivated Regional Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your existing relationships with school and district leaders to establish enduring partnerships. As an approved tutoring vendor in Broward County, SmartStart seeks to provide tutoring for schools and students throughout Broward County by hiring quality instructors. In addition to developing relationships with schools and districts, the Regional Coordinator will oversee the implementation and success of tutoring programs through hiring tutors and program coordinators.
Qualified Candidates will successfully be able to:
Live in the Miami area
Develop relationships with districts and schools to house our tutoring programs at their site before school, during, or after-school.
Attend events at schools to educate parents about SmartStart’s unique approach to tutoring.
Onboard program coordinators at school sites to support student recruitment and program management/oversight.
Support program coordinators at school sites in recruiting qualified, licensed teachers to provide tutoring.

Qualified Candidates:

Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any field is mandatory. ***Please note that applications with anticipated graduation dates will not be considered.
Demonstrate experience of at least five years in teaching or tutoring, either within a school environment or another educational setting.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs encompassing urban students, schools, and communities, encompassing areas such as racial disparity, socio-economic disparity, and cultural diversity
Demonstrate knowledge of educational sales and have at least three-five years' experience selling educational materials to schools, districts, and administrators
Exhibit an unwavering passion and commitment to fostering the success of our esteemed partner schools

Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
