Nursing Education Director leads and directs the overall planning, development, and administration of nursing education programs. Oversees the design and implementation of curriculums to train and update skills and knowledge of in-service nurses. Being a Nursing Education Director evaluates the department's performance and ensures that all federal and state regulatory requirements are met. Requires a master's degree in nursing. Additionally, Nursing Education Director requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to senior management. The Nursing Education Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Nursing Education Director typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.   • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Record and Communicate with all Teachers and Parents/Students involved in Schedules and daily changes.
    • Observe in teachers' class, take record, and report to management for evaluation purpose.
    • Construct meetings with teachers, follow up with previously assigned tasks
    • Provides clients with a wide range of admissions consulting services to get into private schools
    • Process Payments on Pike System, collect checks, or cash (record & report daily incomes)
    • Responsible for successful marketing using social media (Google Business Page, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc), to help us promote and advertise. (Or any other forms of marketing you can suggest and bring to the team).
    • Responsible for helping to clean up classroom and help set up for events and all necessary team tasks.
    • Responsible for running errands and performing all necessary front-desk and studio tasks to support Owner, Teaching Team, and Students.
    • You will be an Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting our team in all administrative ways.

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree related to English/communication/steam is preferred
    • Prior management experience in educational center is preferred
    • Prior experience in educational center is preferred
    • Prior experience in assisting private school application is preferred
    • Willing to work on weekends.
    • Previous knowledge and experience of art, marketing, sales are preferred.
    • Must be willing to be active to advertise, promote, post, and network for our classes and contribute to expanding our clientele.
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
