Norton Staffing and Associates is a local staffing agency located in Amherst that partners with schools, programs, and facilities throughout the state of NH to help with filling their staffing needs. We are seeking Paraprofessionals for a position in a school setting in the Dover, NH area.

Paraprofessionals will work with children individually or in small groups by providing basic instruction on reading, writing, math, and other education-related activities as assigned by the teacher's direction.

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the teacher provide academic support in a 1:1 General Education or Specialized Day Class setting.
• Assist with classroom management, such as organizing instructional materials.
• Provide instructional support services under the direct supervision of a highly qualified teacher.

REQUIREMENTS:

• PARA 2 certification (preferred).
• Must provide PROOF of High School completion Diploma or GED
• Must provide PROOF of Para Certification OR Associate Degree or higher in any subject.
