What is your role?
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator at West Woods of Bridgman, a 92-bed facility located in Bridgman, Michigan that offers short-term rehabilitation rooms as well as extended nursing care beds. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for administration, strategic planning and supervision of the clinical and non-clinical operations affecting the delivery of care and services to promote optimal functioning, independence and autonomy of our residents. Successful candidates will be inspirational, empathetic, organized and set clear expectations and objectives.
