We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator in Training (AIT) at our Skilled Nursing Facility. This position is designed for individuals aspiring to develop their career in healthcare administration, specifically within the skilled nursing and long-term care industry. The AIT program provides comprehensive training and practical experience in all aspects of skilled nursing facility administration, preparing the candidate for a successful career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program covering all areas of nursing home operations, including but not limited to, resident care, staff management, financial operations, facility marketing, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with experienced administrators and department heads to gain hands-on experience in the management and operation of a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure quality care, compliance with state and federal regulations, and operational efficiency.
• Learn to manage the facility's budget, including analyzing financial statements, overseeing billing processes, and developing strategies for financial performance improvement.
• Gain experience in human resources management, including recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
• Develop skills in building relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community to foster a positive and supportive environment.
• Complete all required training modules, assignments, and assessments as part of the AIT program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in healthcare administration within the skilled nursing or long-term care industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
• Must meet all state-specific requirements to participate in the AIT program and obtain licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in Oklahoma.

Pay: $37,884.81 - $45,624.71 per year
