Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Duties: - Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident - Oversee all aspects of assisted living services, including medication management and personal care assistance - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a positive work environment - Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care - Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to provide specialized care and support - Manage budgeting and financial aspects of the facility, including billing and expense control - Implement memory care programs for residents with cognitive impairments - Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance Experience: - Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home or assisted living facility - Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance standards - Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting and expense control - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus - Familiarity with memory care programs and specialized dementia care Skills: - Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficient in operations management within a healthcare setting We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits for our employees. Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
