The purpose of this position is to provide nursing management, set resident care standards for all direct care providers and provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; currently licensed in the State of current employment. Bachelor of Science required-Master of Science in Nursing or Management preferred.
Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in long-term care and Management required.
Ability to Direct and Manage the staff to assure that the seniors and others are provided the care and assistance they need and the independence they deserve. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
