The Heritage Center and Horizon's Rehabilitation are recruiting a Nursing Unit Director to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in geriatrics, long-term care, nursing home, and/or nursing administration.
The Unit Director is responsible for managing the delivery of resident care on their assigned unit to ensure the optimal level of physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being for its residents. The Unit Director will facilitate and coordinate all compliance regarding documentation and resident care. This position will manage staff on the unit and will guide, mentor, and motivate the team.
