Our LPNs play a crucial role in providing direct care to the Elders under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs). Your duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to) assessing Elders' health status, administering medications, dressing wounds, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing and feeding, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and providing emotional support to Elders and their families. LPNs also often act as liaisons between Elders, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care to promote the well-being and comfort of residents in the facility.
You must be a licensed LPN from an accredited program - experience preferred but NEW graduates are encouraged to apply.
