-: Directs all daily Human Resources operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of human resource policies
-: ensures compliance with all state federal and ACHC Human Resources regulatory-: coordinates the orientation activities to assure instruction is provided by qualified personnel .
-: works with the management team to identify recruitment needs and develop a recruitment plan designed to fill demand . :- coordinates and participates in community awareness and recruitment activities such as career fairs.
Work with management team in identifying employee education needs and develops orientation and continuity education programs for all employees
Recruits , selects and directs manages members of the human resource team . Clinical Records manager Manages all daily clinical records functions.
Protects the confidentiality of patient and organization information through effective controls and direct supervision of clinical records .
Forward copies of clinical records to authorized users according to policy Monitor age unsigned physician orders , submit second and third request for signed orders to overdue physicians , call or visits the office of seriously overdue physicians .

Directs the implementation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure patients are admitted in accordance with policy . Collaborate with inpatient utilization review departments and managed care case managers to facilitate safe early discharge .
Verification of insurance coverage and obtain initial authorization for services and seek reauthorization for ongoing and additional services Works with clinical manager supervisor and staff clinic a to gather , collate , and report patient care summary information to managed care case managers .
Work with members of billing team to ensure that managed care customers are billed according to case manager agreements. Gathers collates and reports referrals statics including key customer referral trends .
