The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, and ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide oversight of the nursing staff and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
- Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure quality patient care.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on geriatric care, long-term care, and inpatient care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
