Job Description:
AssistedCare Private Duty Nurses are responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of an approved school of professional nursing or from an accredited practical nurse program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing, or other compact state
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current or Recent skilled nursing experience in PDN, home health or acute care setting.
