About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an ER RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering emergency medical care to a diverse patient population.

🌟 Role & Responsibilities:

• Providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for assigned patients.
• Meeting the Standards of Practice for the Emergency Department (ED).
• Managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
• Participating in quality improvement activities.
• Performing triage assessments, venipunctures, and emergency interventions.
• Assuming charge responsibilities as needed.

🌟 Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in Emergency Services (ED) strongly preferred; however, candidates with 2 years of acute Med-Surg or ICU experience will be considered.
• Current Texas Licensure with State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred.
• BLS, ALS, and PALS Certification required within 6 months of hire.
• ENPC and TNCC within 6 months to 18 months of hire.
