Nursing Services Instructor jobs in Laramie, WY
Nursing Services Instructor is responsible for identifying training needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of staff development programs within an assigned area of responsibility. Coordinates in-service training, continuing education, orientation, competency reviews, and other related training functions. Being a Nursing Services Instructor ensures compliance with all State and Federal guidelines for in-service education and new employee orientation. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Additionally, Nursing Services Instructor requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Nursing Services Instructor occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Qualifications:
- π Active RN license in Wyoming.
- π Degree in Nursing with significant RN experience or IV Certified LVN/LPN background.
- β€οΈ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- π Willingness to travel within the LaramieΒ area.
- π» Competency in EMR and healthcare-related software.
