The Pines at Catskill is a beautiful 138-bed LTC/Short Term Rehab facility in Upstate NY. This is a well maintained and manicured nursing home with 3 floors and 4 units: sub-acute rehab, dementia, and 2 LTC units. The facility has received 4 stars for quality measures and an overall 3-star CMS rating. We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our close, collaborative team!

Reporting to the DNS, the ADNS will direct the routine functioning of the nursing staff by assuring the overall supervision of all nursing personnel concerned with resident care and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations, policies, and procedures.
Registered Nurse licensed in NY
Preferred: 3 years' experience in a skilled nursing facility and 2 years nurse management preferred
Required: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility in a Managerial or Supervisory capacity with an understanding of LTC Rules & Regs
Required: Infection Control Certification
Wound Care Certification is a Plus
CPR certified.
Has background in and understanding of Medicare guidelines
