Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Cold Spring Hills. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and managing the nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care
• Assess the needs of residents and develop care plans
• Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create a supportive and efficient work environment
• Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to patient care

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in NY
• Proven experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care setting (Preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• CPR and ACLS certification (preferred)
