Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Evening Supervisor to join our team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a vital role in our healthcare facility, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who can effectively manage and coordinate nursing activities.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and address any concerns or issues
- Manage staffing schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures
- Stay updated on current healthcare practices, trends, and regulations

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in Florida.
- Proven experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, including ICU, cardiac catheterization, physical examinations, etc.
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control practices
- Proficient in medical coding (ICD-10, ICD-9)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
