Position: Registered Nurse 3-11 Supervisor & Weekend Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the nursing staff during the 3-11 shift or on weekends, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with Traumatic Brain Injury.

• Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as required.

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.

• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the management team, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Traumatic Brain Injury care.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• CPR certification is required.
