Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel in a nursing home. Participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments. 35 hrs/week
11p-8:30a Mon-Wed, 11p-7:30a Thu
Caregivers are expected to make up any missed shifts within same pay period or following pay period, with the exception of mandated medical quarantine or at managers discretion.
OT billing does not apply.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with patients, nurses, other healthcare professionals, family members, and visitors
- Ensuring quality healthcare for all patients
- Guiding and advising nursing staff with clinical instructions
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff
- Reporting nursing activity to senior management
- Communicating updated information to departments and staff
