Role and Responsibilities:
- π Administer IV therapies including IVIG, TPN, and other specialized treatments at home.
- π Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
- π Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in EMR.
- π€ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
- π§° Maintain and manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- π Provide patient and family education on infusion therapy and health management.
Qualifications:
- π Valid RN license in Idaho.
- π Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, preferably in infusion therapy.
- β€οΈ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- π Willing to travel within the Meridian area for patient visits.
- π» Proficient in EMR and other healthcare software applications.
