We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to our healthcare professionals and assist in delivering quality patient care. Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Administer basic life support techniques when necessary
- Assist with IV infusion and catheterization under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and record patient information in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record system
- Provide support and comfort to patients in critical care or memory care units
- Administer prescribed medications, inhalation treatments, and other medical treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record systems like eClinicalWorks
- Experience working in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with diverse medical needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Basic life support certification is required
- Experience with critical care or memory care patients is a plus
