Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel in a nursing home. Participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments. Being a Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home ensures that patients' needs are met and evaluates nursing care and performance. Monitors patient recordkeeping activities for accuracy, completion, and compliance with all regulations. Additionally, Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home requires a bachelor's degree of nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises a small group of nursing staff in an organization. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Current CNA Opening positions for:
3p-11p, evening shift
Rotation is 4 days on, 2 days off.
We need compassionate people to care for our special residents!
The certified nurse aide (CNA) will assist in providing total nursing care of the residents of the facility. The scope of the nurse aide will be to provide continuity of care and delivery of consistent and high quality care.
We do provide training for CNA certification if you are not currently certified. Nurse Aide trainee starting pay is $15per hour until certified in Oklahoma NARS.
CNA starting pay $17.00/hour.
Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.
