Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel in a nursing home. Participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments. Being a Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home ensures that patients' needs are met and evaluates nursing care and performance. Monitors patient recordkeeping activities for accuracy, completion, and compliance with all regulations. Additionally, Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home requires a bachelor's degree of nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Nursing Supervisor - Nursing Home supervises a small group of nursing staff in an organization. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Hours: Preferred hours looking to cover at this time is NIGHT SHIFT 11pm-7am Full Time Sunday through Saturday. Other hours maybe be an option. Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury, Seizure Disorder, Trach, Oral suction, Wound Care, Hoyer lift, and G-tube preferred.
