• CA license in hand

• 1 year of Home Health experience required
• Oasis experience preferred
• HCHB experience preferred, but we will provide training.
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patients.
• COVID Vaccination preferred - Exemptions permitted with weekly testing
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required Booster (Medical/Religious Exemptions only)
