POSITION SUMMARY
Serves as a liaison among all levels of Nursing Services, all hospital departments and medical staff to establish a good working rapport, which supports the team approach to quality patient care. Functions as the hospital administrative representative in absence of management. Represents administration when promoting a collaborative approach to problem resolutions. Works through and with the Directors and other administrators for problem-solving efforts. Serves as a role model for staff in support of quality patient care and guest relations. Obtains and provides resources and services needed to care for the hospital patients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Current Ohio licensure as a Registered Nurse
2. Associate's degree/diploma in Nursing
3. 3-5 years' nursing experience preferred
4. Bachelor's degree preferred
5. ACLS required within 2 years of employment
6. Prefer charge nurse or management experience
