Job Description: Provides managerial and clinical supervision for all nursing departments during their assigned shift. Coordinates bed placement, assigns and reallocates staff as needed to assure safe patient care levels. Serves as representative of CNO and administration in their absence. Assures enforcement of all policies, procedures, processes, and takes corrective action when indicated. Responsible for the overall function of the nursing department providing support, direction, education, and counseling to assure all patient care goals and those of our customers are met.

Qualifications:
Preferred: Baccalaureate or Master Degree in Nursing. Experience as a nursing supervisor in an acute care setting. Critical Care Experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital nursing experience is required. Experience in CCU or ED is required. ADN candidates are required to have 1 year of management experience. BSN candidates, 1 year of management experience is preferred.
