Nursing Unit Secretary jobs in Bellingham, WA

CIMA Construction is seeking to add a full-time Secretary to our team. We are hoping to add someone who is motivated, a self-starter, and can work as a team and independently. As the Secretary you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks as well as building new relationships with Clients. Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

• Answering phones - directing calls to the appropriate person(s), taking messages, returning voicemails. Assisting all current and future clients with questions or concerns
• Monitoring and responding to emails accordingly. Forwarding emails to the appropriate person(s)
• Assist Owners, Estimators, Project Coordinators and Managers as needed
• Schedule estimation appointments with clients
• Monitor online inquiries for new projects
• Send and follow up on invoices
• Update job boards with project status/updates
• Complete other tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
