Cappello & Noel LLP is seeking a Legal Secretary/Assistant to work with Litigation Attorneys.

Must possess strong organization, communication & writing skills and strong work ethic. This is an on-site position.

Compensation: Based on experience.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in prioritizing and managing workload
• Highly detail-oriented self-starter
• Adept at conducting research and proficiency with standard legal software
• Comfortable and poised working in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Willing and available to work extra hours when required
• Paralegal experience preferred but not required

Minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
