Position Highlights *Report changes in patients' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor *Fill water pitchers to promote patient hydration *Make unoccupied patient beds *Assist with the dining program. *Ensure patients are ready for scheduled rehabilitation therapy and transport them to the gym *Obtain clean linens and supplies from supply areas. Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the nursing center. A minimum of a high school diploma or high school equivalency is preferred. Basic knowledge of computers and/or willingness to learn is preferred.
